Yoga, Age, and Youth

Well, I'm not. I have a theory that Yoga only works for pertfectly proportioned small female people of oriental extraction. As a large male Anglo-Saxon, I don't qualify - and anyway, I am unable to defy gravity...

This reminds me of "Yoga for People Who Can't Be Bothered to Do It" by Geoff Dyer. And I've always found the large male Anglo-Saxon type just perfect ;-)

"Yoga for People Who Can't Be Bothered to Do It" - that's my kind of yoga manual. I am stuck with large and Anglo-Saxon, but currently working on becoming less large.
